Background
Customer Line started its operation as a telemarketing agency for Standard Chartered Bank, Credit cards in November 2002. Since then it has acquired skills in inbound, outbound call centre, data processing, scanning, archiving. From January 2009, it started providing contract and temporary staff to call centres. And from March 2010, it started managing call centres of large retail b2c, b2b organizations in Kerala. Customer Line now develops front end data capture tools, provides asterisk based telephony solutions suited to its client’s needs.
Some of the customers who have used our services in the past are Escotel Mobile, Bharti Airtel, Tata Teleservices, US Software, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Bank, ICICI Prudential, Cholamandalam, Paramount Tea Marketing, Johnson & Johnson, Kerala State Aids Control Society, CDIT, GET IT Infomedia services.
Customer Line is promoted by Rajesh Venugopal, and it received angel funding from G.A.Menon, Beverly Hills, California. In July 2010, it received financial assistance from Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd (www.ksidc.org), a Government agency for industrial and investment promotion in Kerala.
