CustomerLine was started in 2001 in India aimed at providing cost effective customer interaction solutions to clients around the world. It now has offices in New York and London.

It specializes in lead generation services and database updation services to customers in Europe and US. It recently launched virtual secretarial services in London being catered from its facility in India.

CustomerLine has expertise in providing customer support to large Indian telecom companies who outsourced inbound customer support, outbound customer support to upsell their product range, to expedite their collection cycles, disburse information with regard to their cell phone subscription. In 2005, CustomerLine was engaged by the Government of Kerala to run an inbound help line on behalf of the Chief Minister of Kerala and it runs a 24 hour help line for Kerala State Aids Control Society.
